The clone wars expands the star wars story with. Every prequel should however, in the end, make the larger story better, and while lucas' actual prequel trilogy struggled to do that, the clone wars pulled it off. While i was at star wars celebration vi in orlando, i visited the 501st legion room, devoted to the best imperial costumes and props (imperial = the dark side for those of you not as familiar with star wars).
